Financial Policy:
- Financial arrangements with no interest for qualified patients through Credit Care and Chase Financial
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit / debit cards
- 5% discount on dental treatment exceeding $1000 when paid at time of treatment
- Happy to receive insurance assignment in lieu of full payment at the time of service. We do ask that a credit card authorization be granted to cover any outstanding balance remaining on your account after insurance payment. We would also use this card should for some reason your insurance does not reconcile within 90 day period.
